Troy Rasmusen

With a degree in communications, and a 10 year career in capital investments I am no stranger to negotiating million dollar transactions.  I launched my Real Estate career at the onset of the “fliiping” craze, and represented all types of buyers and sellers, from banks and cash investors to first time home buyers.  That diversity as an agent has given me an insight that is uncommon among traditional residential agents. On a personal level, I made an exciting decision several years ago to pursue a childhood dream of becoming fireman.  After a few years of diligent hard work and thanks to an understanding family, I am now a firefighter paramedic in north county SD.  I bring the same level of integrity that people come to expect from a man in uniform to my real estate transactions. I have a family of 5 with 3 boys!  We love our beach days and spend our winters riding our desert toys.

What does all this mean to you?  It means I am down to earth, approachable, and have the experience to draw from, which will make this process a pleasure for you from start to finish. Now let’s go find your house!

Its such a satisfying feeling to hand over the keys to someone and see that excitement in their face, pure joy!  That’s what I love most.

I feel that my skill sets are uniquely suited for negotiation.  It takes someone who knows when to use the iron hammer, or at times the velvet glove and I think I have that timing down pretty well.
