After obtaining his bachelor of Arts degree from Chapman University, Troy managed a boutique investment banking firm specializing in private equity transactions. As a result, breaking in to Real Estate came naturally. Troy is no stranger to negotiating million dollar transaction. Having launched his Real Estate career at the onset of the “flipping” craze, Troy has successfully closed more transactions in 5 years than most agents will in their career. This is an agent you can count on to point out the hidden values or divert you from a money pit. On a personal level, Troy is a family man and spends most of his free time at the beach surfing with his son or out in the desert camping and enjoying off-road fun with friends and family. He prides himself on making your home buying experience one to remember and creating a relationship that will last a lifetime.
What do you enjoy most about being a Realtor?
It’s such a satisfying feeling to hand over the keys to someone and see that excitement in their face, pure joy! That’s what I love most.
How can you make a difference for a a buyer or seller?
I feel that my skill sets are uniquely suited for negotiation. It takes someone who knows when to use the iron hammer, or at times the velvet glove and I think I have that timing down pretty well.
