Shadowridge is the the biggest community in this zip with a gold course running through the middle of it. Shadowridge condos can be found at very affordable prices and Shadowridge home prices start below the city average for single family homes in San Diego and are generally very affordable, even with golf course views! Many affordable Vista homes can be found in 92083. This is the furthest west area of Vista with a suburban feel. The homes and condos in this area are a sprinkling of the old and the new. You can find large brand new homes or small older homes. Many of the older homes have been revitalized during the downturn in the housing market in 2007.
In the zip code of 92084 Vista homes can be more rural. This is the area where you drive down long windy tree lined streets to get home. Homes are likely to have bigger lots, sometimes with groves of fruit trees or horses. This is an area where you are likely to get a view, often times in many direction.
